What form of payment do you accept?
  Visa, MC, American Express, Discover
 

What is needed to book a party?
  A 50% non-refundable deposit,  is required to book a party. 

  Balance is due 48 hours prior to party.

Do I need to stay at the party?
  The party host is required to be at the location. Due to limited space, we ask that you do not stay on the bus, but frequent check ins will be fine.

Where will you park the bus?
  As close to your location as possible. You are responsible for securing parking space and getting parking permit (if needed).
 

Can I bring food?
  Only cake! No food please. We will provide choclate chip cookies, strawberry lemonade and bottled water.
 

What if I need to reschedule?
  You are allowed one reschedule of your party without penalty. If you cancel you will be responsible for 50% of your total party cost. You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule your party. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (no exceptions)
 

What do I need to do to prepare for the party?
  Please have all nail polish removed from hands and feet. Their will be a $5 fee per child to remove polish.
 

What if it rains the day of my party?
   Rain, sleet or snow.. We will be there! If we have to cancel due to inclement weather, you are allowed to reschedule at a later date of your choice.
