Cancellation Policy

Thank You for reserving your event with Pretty Pink Party! We are committed to providing you an experience that will exceed your expectation. Payment: Your final payment is due 48 hours before your event. If we are unable to process this payment, we reserve the right to cancel your event. A minimum gas surcharge of $35.00 and up may apply depending on the location of your event. Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you are allowed 2 date changes for your party. This change must be made within 30 days of original scheduled party without penalty. If for any reason Pretty Pink Party has to cancel event due to inclement weather or mechanical issues, you will be issued a full refund. Inventory/ Allergies: In the event of damage or loss of Pretty Pink Party inventory and/or damage or loss to the party bus, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Pretty Pink Party is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, facials, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client. It is incumbent upon you/host to check with guests prior to the event regarding allergies. Photography: Pretty Pink Party reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now or hereafter existing. As a host of a Pretty Pink Party event, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Pretty Pink Party for the use of any photographs taken of your child, your home and your guest. Preparation: Pretty Pink Party ask that ALL old nail polish be removed from ENTIRE PARTY hands and feet. This makes our process go smoother. We do charge an additional $5 removal fee per girl if any nails and toes are polished.
